I’m Gracela. I’m a Registered Osteopath and owner of Grey Lynn Osteopathy in Auckland, New Zealand. As an Osteopath, I believe very strongly in treating people, not conditions, by taking a whole body approach to rehabilitation.
As a wellness advocate, my goal is to provide you with valuable health and wellness tips, tools and resources that will help you stay informed, take action and transform your life. I aim to empower people through story sharing and inspire them to be brave and overcome adversity in life as I did to overcome my battle with breast cancer.
As an entrepreneur, I believe that financial wellness is linked to physical health. Throughout the global pandemic, many faced employment uncertainties or endured job loss. Several businesses were impacted, including my own Osteopathy practice. With my future in mind, I ventured into affiliate marketing as a means to earn a supplemental income. I feel fortunate to have found a mentor and a supportive community to help me grow my online business. Now, I help individuals who are interested in learning or starting an affiliate marketing business. I also help Manual Health Practitioners continue to grow their current practice while starting their own online business. I want to share my knowledge to help you improve your financial wellness and achieve better health outcomes! Ready to get started?
I Jumped for Cancer in Support of the Cancer Society
The Cancer Society’s Jump for Cancer 2021 was a true success! The conditions were perfect and with the help of my amazing friends and family, I raised over $4,000 and was the top donor of the day!
Two and a half years ago, after my diagnosis of breast cancer, I never would have thought that I’d take on a challenge quite like this!
I encourage everyone to be brave when faced with adversity, and remember to smile along the way because life is just a little bit more manageable when we smile 🙂
